Reagent Kit (25 chips)

250ml each of Zeta-Blocker, Zeta-Developer and 10X wash buffer. For use with 25 Zeta-Grip chips when processed in 10 ml dishes (Petri dishes). Can be used for hundreds of reactions if micro cassette is used. These reagents also work with other popular microarray surfaces. Zeta-Blocker is a proprietary mixture of proteins and salts that reduces or eliminates background in most microarray experiments. Zeta-Developer in the presence of alkaline phosphatase results in a highly localized and quantitative colorimetric signal that can be quantitified using a flatbed scanner. Used together these reagents provide a highly quantitative, low cost detection system for protein microarrays.

Zeta-Grip™ Complete Kit

Complete with 25 Zeta-Grip™ chips, reagents and protocol. Comes with everything needed to conduct a protein array experiment. Instructions for hand spotting allow the user to determine if a given assay is feasible. If the assay works, users may choose to transition to a robotic microarray robot.
